1. Services Provided

LeadsDigest provides qualified B2B leads based on criteria defined by the client (industry, job title, region, etc.).
We do not provide B2C leads.

All leads are generated through ethical outreach and verified manually before delivery.

2. Pay-Per-Lead Model

We operate on a pay-per-lead basis.
Pricing is USD 99 per qualified lead, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

There are:

• No setup fees

• No monthly fees

• No retainers

• No advance payments

You only pay for leads that you review and confirm as qualified.

3. Lead Qualification

A lead is considered qualified if it meets the criteria agreed upon during onboarding (e.g., industry, title, geography, relevance).

We do not guarantee:

• Conversion

• Meetings

• Sales outcomes

• Revenue results

We only guarantee the accuracy and relevance of the delivered lead.

4. Payment Terms

Once you confirm a lead, payment is due.
Full lead details (email, name, role, company info) will be transferred after payment is received.

Accepted payment method:

• PayPal

5. Delivery Timeline

Lead delivery typically takes 3–5 working days per batch.

Timeline may vary depending on:

• Industry complexity

• Targeting filters

• Lead availability

We will inform you if delays exceed reasonable expectations.

6. Refunds

Refunds are only applicable if:

• A lead does not match the agreed qualification criteria, OR

• A duplicate lead is delivered

Refunds are not provided for:

• Lack of interest from the lead

• Unresponsive leads

• Leads that do not convert into meetings or sales

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate target criteria

• Respond promptly during qualification

• Use leads in compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other applicable laws

We are not responsible for misuse of leads after delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on LeadsDigest.com (text, design, branding) is our property and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

LeadsDigest is not liable for:

• Business losses

• Financial losses

• Sales performance

• Third-party actions or inactions

Our liability is limited to the cost of leads purchased.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
