1. Eligible for Refund or Replacement
You may request a refund or replacement lead if:
✔ The lead does not match your agreed criteria
✔ The lead is a duplicate
✔ The lead’s information is factually incorrect (wrong title, wrong company, invalid email)
✔ The lead is not B2B
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of lead delivery.
2. Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will NOT be provided if:
✘ The lead does not respond to your outreach
✘ The lead shows low interest
✘ The lead doesn’t convert into a meeting
✘ You change your targeting after receiving the lead
✘ You misuse the lead or violate laws
We guarantee qualification, not conversion.
3. Refund Method
If approved, refunds will be issued via:

Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to process.
4. Replacement Leads
Instead of a refund, you may request a replacement lead at no additional cost.
